‘Beginners Start Here’

Alight so you have decided to finally start working out have you? You want to hit the gym to lose some weight, gain some muscle, stay healthy or see just how strong you can get, that’s great. But where the heck do you start? If you have no idea you have actually come to the right place. Over the next weeks we will be giving you a simple break down on some of the more important things you should be doing not only in the gym, but at home.

Anyone in this world can lift weights. Believe it or not that’s the easy part. Staying motivated and getting to the gym, can at times be harder than doing your workout. I know for me at times I have this issue. Yes, sometimes I don’t want to workout, that’s why I need motivation. Motivation can come in many forms, you just have to find it.

Actually that’s still not the most important part about working out. The most absolute important part of getting in shape, losing weight, gaining muscle, ANYTHING is NUTRITION. Nutrition is hands down the most important part PERIOD. To me it makes up about 70% on the importance scale. I am not going to get into to much here but trust me when I tell you this its extremely important.

Another thing that is important is supplements. Depending on what your goals are, supplements can help you achieve them. Obviously, if you want to lose weight you aren’t going to go on a weight gainer supplement and vice versa. Supplements, while important does not mean that you should neglect your nutrition, supplements do not replace proper nutrition EVER. You should include supplements in your daily regime after your nutrition plan is all set.

So here you have it the main important aspects of hitting the gym. Nutrition, Supplements, Workout Regime and Motivation. We will break down each of these in the following weeks and give you simple guidance and tips that have helped us succeed in reaching our goals. We have already gone through the beginner stage of working out and have already made the mistakes that many beginners do. We will help you, guide you so you don’t make those mistakes. With the information we will share with you, you will see results in half the time then you would have if we didn’t share this information with you.

You could always go to a gym, get a membership and get yourself a personal trainer and pay out your nose for it because they say you need it, but who wants to do that?
