Product: Fast Fuel

Type: Pre Workout

Cost: Medium Cost. If ordered HERE cost per serving is only $0.80 Don’t be fooled by other pre workouts cost per serving as some of them state that use 1-3 scoops. Fast fuel is only one. So even though others may be cheaper per scoop you may need more then one which will increase the cost per serving. Just be careful.

Taste: The flavour that I use is fruit punch. The taste is decent. It’s not to strong at all and doesn’t give you that sting in the throat that some pre workouts tend to do.

Mixability: You can mix this pre workout right in your shaker cup with the lid on. It mixes together pretty well and doesn’t leave any sediment at the bottom of the cup. It also stays in all liquid form unlike others that may foam  or froth up. Since it does neither it makes drinking this before workouts very easy and also enjoyable.

Effectiveness: The initial effect that this product had on me almost seemed to good to be true. After continued use of this for now over 3 months it still is as effective as it was since day one. It kicks in after about 15 minutes after consumption for me, and just makes it feel like electricity is rushing through my body. If you are going to sleep about 4-5 hours after working out don’t take it. I have a few times and have suffered sleepless nights each and every time, which sucks and is no good for your training and recovery.

Overall review: I need to mention that for the past two months I have been cutting and this product is providing that added energy that I need to pull me through my workouts. Due to the rush I get from this product and even though I am cutting I still manage to maintain my lifts while also increasing a few of them, which is great.

My overall review of this product is that it simply WORKS. Nowadays with so many pre workout supplements out there choosing one is a very tough task. However due to the overwhelming results that I have had from this product I am amazed by its effectiveness. I have taken many other pre workouts (before I started this site) and this so far is the best.

While also testing other pre workouts recently, I want to mention that I have used Fast Fuel on days that I have a heavy workout coming because the other pre workouts just aren’t cutting it. When time is money and money is time using a great pre workout supplement is an absolute must. Don’t waste your money on ones that don’t work, stick to the ones that work. FAST FUEL WORKS!!!

Would I buy it again: Hell Yes, This will be a staple product for me in my supplement regime.

Product: Nitrix

Type: Vaso Muscular Volumizer 360 Tablets

Cost (5/10): Medium to high Cost. If ordered HERE cost per serving is $0.47. Just beware the amount of times that you take this is 3 times a day.

Description: This product claims that it will support muscle fullness, vascularity and pumps, endurance, workout performance, nitric oxide production, blood flow to muscle tissue and cardiovascular performance.

Taste: Since these are pills there really isn’t any taste. However the tablets are fairly large so it all depends on yourself if it is easy or difficult to swallow.

Effectiveness (9/10): After only a few days of taking this product I started to see the results in which they had claimed would be seen. Then after a few weeks I could feel my skin tightening and a huge improvement in vascularity. Within a few months there we substantial results just as the product claimed.

Overall review (7/10): The pill size I can see as being a con combined with the fact that you have to take the pills 3 times a day and on an empty stomach. This could be difficult if you are eating 6 meals a day. However if you could get past those little challenges then this is a great product. I was seeing such great results  initially and with this the fact that I was on a bulk cycle and saw such outstanding results  I could only imagine how much of an improved physique I would have had if I was on a cut cycle in the summer months.

Would we buy it again: Yes we would, but only during the summer months. The benefits from this product combined with being cut would make you look that much better in the summer months.

Company: Dymatize Elite Whey Protein

Product: Dymatize Elite Whey Protein Isolate 10 Lbs

Type: Whey Protein

Cost (8/10): Low to Medium Cost. If ordered HERE cost per serving is only $0.64. When purchasing a protein supplement please don’t be fooled by the cost per serving. I can’t stress this enough. Look at the amount of servings per container along with the amount of protein, fat, sugars and also the BCAAs, glutamine and other important muscle building ingredients. You could easily be fooled into buying “cheaper” protein powders with lower amounts of protein per serving if you are not careful.

Taste (8/10): The flavour that I used for this review is Vanilla. The taste is actually pretty good, and I don’t usually care for vanilla. What was surprising is there is no chalky texture and taste that most protein powders have.

Mixability (9/10): This product can mix pretty well in a shaker cup with the lid on and doesn’t clump up like some others  have done before. There also wasn’t much settling of the product once it is all mixed up but there was some. To resolve any issue of settling  all you have to do is shake your cup and it is mixed right back in.

Effectiveness (8.5/10): This product, like many other protein products does what it needs to. It provides your body with the proper amount of protein you need just after a workout. With 24 grams of protein per scoop, BCAA’s, 117 calories and 2 grams of fat, which makes it a perfect supplement to take right after your workout to refuel your body with all the necessary and important nutrients.

Overall review (8/10): My overall review of this product is that it has the essential nutrients and ingredients that you look for in a protein powder. The cost is budget friendly and the flavour is decent. It honestly comes down to taste when its all said and done. As with some of our other reviewed protein products this one too is budget friendly.

Would We buy it again:  Yes I would definitely consider purchasing this product again as I find this protein supplement pretty decent. I would recommend you try it for yourself.

Company: Gaspari Nutrition

Product: SuperPump Max

Type: Pre-workout /NO product

Cost:(6.5/10) Medium cost $0.90 per serving if ordered here. This is  a product where one serving  just may not be enough. For most NO products I require the maximum dosage listed to notice any effects, which can be up to as many as three servings and sometimes four servings. So if you are like us you may need to take the maximum dosage thus increasing the overall cost.

Taste: (8/10) It’s pretty good.  We tested the Pink Lemonade flavour and it tasted pretty much as advertised (with minimal chalk powder taste)

Mixability: (6/10)  The product mixes alright overall. I find that if you take your time to drink it you have to continuously shake it as it seems to settle. It is somewhat frothy on the top, however, I didn’t notice it effecting the overall consumption of the drink.

Effectiveness: (6.5/10) The product says to consume about 30 – 40 minutes prior to your workout. Sometimes it takes 30 minutes and sometimes it takes 15 minutes to start to feel like the product is starting to work. This product works alright at first but I do notice sometimes that the energy effects wear out before the workout is over. This makes the product not as appreciated in my eyes as others we have tested in the past.

Overall Review: (7.5/10) A pretty decent product even though it suffers in the overall effectiveness category, it has the potential to be a pretty decent product to the right person. Once again when we use pre workouts we tend to need the maximum dosage amount which increases the cost substantially. When you can get the product on sale or you need to cycle of another pre workout I recommend to give this a try and see if it works better for you.

Would I buy it again: Maybe. This product delivered decent results but I would probably only purchase it if on sale or on a buy 1 get one free promotion.

Product: C4 Extreme

Type: Pre Workout

Cost:(9/10) Low Cost. If ordered HERE cost per serving is only $.99 cents. Don’t be fooled by other pre workouts cost per serving because some of them state, use 1-3 scoops. Cellucor C4 Extreme requires only one serving. So even though others may be cheaper per scoop, you may need more then one which will increase the cost per serving. Just be careful and always double check the serving size.

Taste: The flavour that we used was Icy Blue Razz. The taste is excellent. It’s not to strong at all and doesn’t give you that sting in the throat that some pre workouts tend to do.

Mixability:(8/10) You can mix this pre workout right in your shaker cup with the lid on. It mixes together pretty well and doesn’t leave any sediment at the bottom of the cup. It also stays in all liquid form unlike others that may foam  or froth up. Since it does neither it makes drinking this before workouts very easy and also enjoyable.

Effectiveness:(9/10) Since the first serving till this day the effectiveness has continued to be the same, AWESOME! And we have been testing this for over 2 months. Its effects are felt within 15 minutes of consumption. It gives the effect of having electricity rushing through your body. I also find that the effectiveness of this product  will not keep you up if you take it and workout a few hours before bed.

Overall review:(8/10) Our overall review of this product is that it simply WORKS. Nowadays with so many pre workout supplements out there choosing one is a very tough task. However, due to the overwhelming results that we have had from this product, we have placed this in our top 3.

Would I buy it again: Hell Yes. We will use this as part of our supplement regiment in the future.
